Postage & Delivery

Australian Orders

All orders are sent Via Australia Post using Express Post.  We use Express Post so that all orders are traceable within the Australia Post system.

Postage and Handling Rates are:-

1 Item - $11.00
2 Items - $13.00
3 to 6 Items - $16.00

International Countries

Please contact us or leave your detailed address on the order form.
It may take up to 30 working days for delivery. We deliver via Air Mail. If no one is home for delivery, local postal guidelines apply. All prices are in Australian dollars. The prices within the web site do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges that you may occur.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return a faulty item please include all your details together with a copy of your invoice. Send the returned item/s and instructions to P O Box 3673 Village Fair, Toowoomba    Q   4350.  Goods must be returned within 2 weeks of receiving them – unworn and unwashed. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).

If you would like to exchange an item for another size or style, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements.
